Resume Sourcing Coordinator. We are based out of Sri Sathya Sai Womens Hostel, specifically at Shivbaugh 27. This is in Ameerpet, Hyderabad, near Bhaskara Hospital. It’s a very busy neighborhood, as anyone from Hyderabad knows. Ameerpet is known for being a center for students and job seekers, so being located near a hostel and a hospital makes sense for the kind of work we do. We spend our days looking through resumes and trying to find the right people for different roles. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we have our computers and phones. There are always people walking by outside since it's a residential and commercial mix. Being near Bhaskara Hospital helps people give directions to us. The Shivbaugh area is a bit crowded, and parking can be a real headache, but we like the energy of the place. We aren't some giant HR firm in a glass tower. We are just a small team of coordinators working in a local spot. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the street noise, but we are used to it by now. We focus on the task at hand, which is sorting through stacks of applications. It’s straightforward work. We’ve been here for a while and most of the locals know the building. It’s a very practical setup for what we need to do every day. We just focus on the resumes and talking to folks.
