Recruitment Firm

The Recruitment Firm is based out of Ews 918 in the Kphb Colony of Hyderabad. Kphb is a massive area, and Ews 918 is our little corner of it. It’s a standard Hyderabad neighborhood where things are always moving. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist at a marble desk. It’s just a regular space where we handle phone calls and look at applications all day. Working in recruitment means we talk to a lot of people, but our physical office is pretty quiet. We keep things down to earth. There’s no corporate polish here. The chairs might squeak a bit and the filing cabinet is definitely older than some of our staff. We’ve been in Kphb Colony long enough to know where the best tea is and which roads to avoid during rush hour. It’s a practical place to work. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to help people find jobs and help companies find workers. It's repetitive work sometimes, but we stay at it. The building itself is just a normal EWS house that’s been put to use for our firm. It’s got a lived-in feel, which we think is better than those cold, modern offices. We show up, we do the work, and we go home. That is really all there is to it at our place in Hyderabad.
