Recruiter(Non-It)

Our business is called Recruiter(Non-It), and we are actually operating out of the Sri Sai Dutta Hostel in Ammerpet, Hyderabad. It sounds a bit strange to have an office in a hostel, but that is the reality for us. Ammerpet is the place where everyone comes to find a future, so we figured it was a good spot for us to be. We do not deal with software or coding jobs. Instead, we look for roles in things like sales, office work, or manual labor. We get a lot of young people walking through the door who are staying in the nearby hostels. Our room is quite small and filled with resumes and notebooks. It is not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We do not have a fancy website or a big sign out front. Most people find us by word of mouth or just by seeing our name on the board. The atmosphere in the hostel is always loud with students talking and people moving about. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the long hours. We do not try to act like a big recruitment firm. We are just people trying to help other people find a way to earn a living. It is a lot of talking on the phone and writing down details. We stay busy because there is always someone looking for a new start in life.
