Recruiter(It&Non It)

Recruiter(It&Non It) is located at Plot No.927 in Hyder Nagar, Kukatpally. If you know Hyderabad, you know how busy Kukatpally gets. We deal with both IT and non-IT roles, so the phone rings quite a bit. It’s a lot of talking to people and looking at resumes all day long. The office isn't massive, just a regular space in the building where we can sit down and focus. Sometimes the elevators are slow, so we take the stairs. We’ve got a couple of files scattered around and some old chairs that have seen better days. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have the fans going. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us sitting at our desks trying to match people with jobs. It can be stressful when a deadline is coming up, but we like the buzz of it. People stop by sometimes to ask about openings, and we try to give them a straight answer. The neighborhood has plenty of places to grab a quick snack or chai during the break. We have been here for a bit and it feels like part of the community now. Hyder Nagar is a good place to be based, it’s close to everything we need. We just keep it simple and keep working through the list of names every day. It's nothing fancy, just a workplace where we try to get through the daily pile of emails.
