Our place is located in the Bhel area of Hyderabad, specifically at Mig-5. It’s a residential area that has a lot of offices tucked away in it now. We focus on recruitment and management consulting, which basically means we spend our time talking to people and trying to match them with the right roles. It’s a bit of a puzzle sometimes, but we enjoy the challenge. The office is pretty casual; we don't wear suits unless we absolutely have to for a meeting. Most days it’s just us in our regular clothes, drinking coffee and looking through piles of applications. Hyderabad is a big city and the Bhel township area has its own vibe, a bit more settled than the high-tech corridors. We like it here because it feels like a real neighborhood. We have a few desks and some filing cabinets, and that’s about it for the setup. We aren't interested in being a huge corporate firm with hundreds of people. We like being a smaller team where everyone knows what’s going on. If you come by Mig-5, you’ll see we are just a normal group of people working hard to help others find their next step. It’s not always easy, and some days are definitely longer than others, but we like the work. It’s simple, honest, and keeps us connected to what’s happening in the job market around Andhra Pradesh. We just keep the doors open and the phones ready.
