Our place is located in the Yamuna Block, at flat number 302. If you are looking for the building, we are in the lane right beside the Vishal Super Market in Ganeshnagar. It is a very handy landmark because almost everyone in Ramanthapur knows the supermarket. This is a busy area of Hyderabad, but our specific lane is tucked away just enough to keep the noise levels down a bit. We spend our days mostly staring at computer screens and talking to people on our mobile phones. Recruiting is mostly about staying on top of messages and making sure people show up at the right place. The office is pretty simple and functional. We have got some plastic chairs for visitors and a couple of desks that have definitely seen better days. We don't spend money on big signs or those glossy brochures. We would rather just keep things moving and help people find where they need to go. Sometimes the stairs in the building are a bit dusty, and the lift is quite small, but it gets the job done for us. We usually grab our lunch from one of the small food stalls nearby or just bring a tiffin from home. It is just a small group of us working here. We don't have any big corporate rules about what we have to wear. We just act like ourselves and try to be helpful to anyone who walks in.
