Phoenix Call Center Training Institute

Our training center is at Plot No 201 in Ram Pratap Nivas. We are right there in Kothapet near the Reliance Fresh and the Ashtalaxmi Arch. It is a very busy part of Dilsukhnagar. We have a few rooms set up with computers and headsets for the call center training. It is not a fancy institute with a big campus. It is just a practical place where people come to learn how to do the job. We have been here for a while and have seen many students pass through. The rooms are basic, and we have whiteboards where we write down common phrases and tips. Dilsukhnagar is always noisy with traffic and people shopping, so it can be a bit loud inside. We don't mind it much. We usually have classes going on throughout the day. Between sessions, we go out to the small stalls nearby for some chai. We don't use any fancy marketing talk to get people in. We just show them how to handle calls and work the systems. The building has some narrow stairs and it is a bit old, but it works for us. We are just regular people teaching other people some useful skills. It is a hands-on place where we focus on the basics. We like the busy feel of the neighborhood and being right in the heart of the action with the arch and the shops nearby.
