People Value Consulting

Our office is over in Alwal, which is a part of Secunderabad that feels a bit different from the main city rush. It’s generally quieter here, though the roads can still get packed when schools let out or during the evening rush. We decided to set up People Value Consulting here because it’s a bit more relaxed than being right in the middle of the heavy commercial districts. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who come through the door looking for advice. It’s a small team and we all pretty much know what everyone else is doing at any given time. There isn't much formality in the office; we usually have tea together and talk about the day’s plans before getting started. Sometimes the commute into the main part of Secunderabad takes longer than we'd like, but staying out here in Alwal has its perks. The office itself is just a regular room with some desks and chairs. We don't have any flashy signs or expensive decorations. It’s just a place to get work done and talk to people about their jobs and companies. We like the local vibe of the neighborhood. There are some good small shops nearby where we grab snacks. It feels like a real community. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like a fixture of the local street, even if we are just a small consulting outfit.
