People Smart Consultants Ltd. is based over in Alkapuri, Hyderabad. We have a small office at Flat No 102. It’s a comfortable space, not too big and not too small. We spend most of our time talking to people about their jobs and where they want to go next. It’s a lot of phone calls and looking through papers. We don't use any fancy software to pick people. We just talk to them and see if they are a good fit. Alkapuri is a nice area to work in. It’s got a bit of a neighborhood feel to it which we like. Our team is small, just a few of us who have been doing this for a long time. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just listen to what people need and try to help them find a spot. The office gets a bit messy with all the resumes and notebooks, but we know our way around. We usually have the radio on in the background or just the sound of someone typing. It’s a very grounded way of working. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to help someone find a decent job so they can pay their bills. That’s what being "people smart" means to us, just being practical and helpful to everyone who walks through the door. It is a simple life and a simple business.
