We are located in room 303 of the Sri Ganga Enclave, which is right near the Satyam Theater in Ameerpet. If you know Hyderabad, you know Ameerpet is absolutely packed with people and traffic all the time. It is a hub for students and job seekers, so it makes sense for an HR place like ours to be right in the middle of all that activity. The 500016 area is always buzzing. Our office is up on the third floor, and the elevator can be a bit hit or miss, so we often end up taking the stairs. It is a simple space with some desks, a few partitions, and a lot of resumes lying around. We spend most of our time interviewing people or talking to companies about what they need. It gets pretty loud outside with all the street noise, but we are used to it. We do not have any big corporate speeches or polished brochures. We just talk to people like normal human beings. Sometimes it is busy and we are running around, and other times it is a bit quieter and we can actually catch up on the filing. We usually grab lunch from one of the many stalls nearby. It is a very local way of working. No fancy bells or whistles, just a group of us in Sri Ganga Enclave trying to make things work for everyone who walks through our door. That is pretty much us.
