People Hr Enablers (India) Pvt Ltd. is tucked away in Sai Nagar Colony in Madhapur. Madhapur is usually so busy with all the big IT companies, but our little corner at H.No.1-98/66 is a bit more tucked back. We do HR stuff, which means we deal with a lot of people’s problems and their paychecks. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. The office is basically a house that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s got a different feel than a high-rise building. We have our own little kitchen area where we make tea, and usually, there’s some conversation going on about the latest traffic on the way in. Working in HR means you see a lot of different things. People come in looking for advice or jobs, and we try to sort it out. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated group of us trying to make sense of the hiring world. The colony is nice, though the roads can be a bit narrow for all the cars that try to come through. We’ve been here for a bit now and it feels like home. We don't do much in terms of flashy stuff. We just sit at our desks, use our computers, and talk to folks on the phone. It’s simple, practical, and it gets the job done for the people who come to us in Madhapur.
