We are up on the second floor of building 123/2Rt in Vijaya Nagar Colony. If you know where the Andhra Bank is, we are right near there. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad, especially around lunch time when everyone is out looking for food. Our office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we do. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at files, trying to find people for different jobs. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of listening. Sometimes the stairs up to the second floor feel a bit steep at the end of a long day. We have some filing cabinets that are overflowing and the printers usually act up when we're in a hurry. But we get by. The neighborhood is full of life. You can hear the traffic and the street noise even from the second floor. We’ve been in this colony for a while and we’ve seen shops open and close around us. We aren't corporate types who wear suits every single day unless we really have to. Most of the time it’s just casual clothes and coffee. We try to keep things organized but it’s often a bit messy with all the resumes and papers lying around. It’s just how we work. It’s a real office with real people trying to help other people find a decent place to work. We just keep plugging away.
