Monster

We’re over here in Hyderabad, working under the name Monster. It’s a big city, and we’re just one part of it. We don't have a long, complicated address to give out most of the time, as everyone knows the general area we operate in. The office is usually humming with activity. Hyderabad is a hub for all sorts of things, and we’re right in the thick of it. We deal with a lot of people every day. Some are looking for work, others are looking for workers. It’s a lot of matching things up and seeing what fits. The staff here is a mix of folks from all over. We aren't into the whole corporate polish thing. Our desks are often covered in papers and coffee mugs. It’s a real working environment. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when the phones are ringing and everyone is talking at once, but we manage. We’ve been in the city for a while now and have seen it grow into what it is today. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just look at what’s available and try to point people in the right direction. It’s a simple service, really. We spend our time on the computer or on calls, trying to make sense of the local job market. It’s not always easy, but it keeps us busy. We like the energy of Hyderabad. It’s a good place to be if you want to be where the action is.
