Mdahr

We are located at House No: 8-3-802/B in Yella Reddy Guda, Hyderabad. It is basically a house that we turned into an office, so it has a very different feel than those big buildings downtown. At Mdahr, we don't really go for the corporate look. We have our laptops set up in a few rooms and we just get to work. The street outside can get pretty loud with all the traffic and people walking by, but it keeps things interesting. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sending emails to try and sort out staffing needs. It is practical work and we don't try to dress it up with big words. We keep our files in some old cabinets and try to stay on top of everything. Sometimes we have lunch together in the small kitchen area, usually talking about things that have nothing to do with the office. The neighborhood is good because there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite. We’ve been in this part of Hyderabad for a good while now and we like being part of the local scene. It feels more like a small community than a cold business environment. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us here, doing the work and trying to make sure things run smoothly for everyone we talk to.
