We are based over at Plot Number 123 on the west side of Phase II in Vijaypuri Colony. If you know the Vanastalipuram area in Hyderabad, you probably have a good idea of where that is. We have been working out of this office for quite a while now. It is not a very fancy place, just a regular building where we keep all our files and talk to people who come in. Most of our days are spent looking at maps or dealing with property papers for various spots around AP. It gets pretty hot here during the summer months, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we work. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first started. There are new houses popping up all over the colony now. We just try to keep up with everything that is going on in the local housing market. Sometimes we have a lot of people dropping by at once and it gets a bit crowded in the front room, but we manage. We do not really do the whole corporate thing with suits and big presentations. It is mostly just us sitting around desks, drinking tea, and trying to get the paperwork sorted. It is a lot of work to keep track of all the plots and phases, but we have a rhythm down after all these years. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done.
