Marlabs

Our office is in Chaitanyapuri, Hyderabad. It’s a lively neighborhood with a lot of shops and traffic. Marlabs has been here for a while now. We deal with technology and data projects. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for our small team to get the work done. We spend most of our hours sitting at our desks and looking at computer screens. The sounds of the city are always there in the background. We don't have any big mission statements or fancy decorations on the walls. We just come in, do our jobs, and go home like everyone else. Sometimes we go out for lunch at the little food stalls nearby. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We don't wear suits or act like we're in a big corporate movie. We just talk like regular people. If there’s a problem with a project, we sit down and talk about it until it’s fixed. The area is pretty easy to get to once you know where you’re going. We’ve seen many other shops and offices come and go in Chaitanyapuri. We just keep doing our thing. It’s a simple setup and it works for us. There’s no need to make things more complicated than they are. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to stay productive. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes.
