We are located at Srt-214 in Jawahar Nagar, right near the RTC X Roads. If you’ve ever been through that intersection, you know it’s always moving, which kind of fits what we do with logistics. Things are always coming and going here. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a place where we coordinate trucks and shipments. It gets pretty hectic sometimes when a driver is delayed or a package goes missing, but that's just the nature of the business. We spend most of the day on the phone or checking tracking numbers on the computer. It’s a lot of coordination. Usually, there’s a pile of paperwork on someone’s desk that needs to be filed. We’ve been in Hyderabad for a good while now. RTC X Roads is a landmark for everyone around here, so it makes it easy to explain where we are. We don't use any fancy systems that promise the world, we just try to make sure stuff gets from point A to point B without too much trouble. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck breakdown or a heavy rain slowing everything down in the city, and then we just have to figure it out. It’s practical work. We’re just a group of people who know how the local roads and shipping routes work, trying to keep things moving for our customers from our little spot in Jawahar Nagar. It is loud here sometimes, but we are used to it.
