Leading Org

Leading Org is based right here in Hyderabad. It’s a bit of a funny name, but we’ve been using it for a long time so it just stuck. We don't have a massive skyscraper with our name in lights. It’s just an office where a group of us get together to get things done. Hyderabad is a big city, and it can be easy to get lost in the shuffle, but we have our own little corner. Our days are pretty routine. We come in, check the messages, and start working through the pile of tasks. There isn't a lot of ceremony here. We don't have big meetings to talk about how we feel about work. We just do the work. The office has a few plants that someone forgets to water, and a printer that only works when it feels like it. We have people from all over the city coming in to work with us. Some take the bus, some drive, and we all complain about the same traffic jams. It’s a very normal place. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most famous. We just want to do a good job so we can keep the lights on and come back tomorrow. The work is mostly staying on top of schedules and making sure things are organized. It's not always easy, but we’ve gotten pretty good at it over the years. We just keep moving forward, one day at a time.
