Kenexa Corporation (Nasdaq:Knxa)

Even though the name says Kenexa Corporation and mentions Nasdaq:Knxa, our actual spot here is pretty local. We are located at H.No: 24-16/14/1 in Vishnupuri Colony, which is over in Malkajgiri, Hyderabad. It is funny to have a big name like that attached to a house number in a colony, but that is how it is. Malkajgiri is a very residential and busy part of town. Our office is tucked away in the colony, away from the main noise of the traffic. It’s a comfortable place to work. We don’t have a massive glass building or a fleet of cars. It’s just a regular house that we have set up for our operations. Most days it’s just us working through our lists and staying connected with the bigger network. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We might be part of something bigger, but here in Vishnupuri, we just feel like any other local business. We have our tea breaks and talk about the local news. We don't wear suits or anything fancy. It’s more about getting the job done than looking like a big corporation. People in the colony know us and we know them. It’s a quiet life in Malkajgiri, even if the name on the door sounds like it belongs on a big stock exchange in another country. We just keep our heads down and do the work that is expected of us.
