Karani Infotech/247 Headhunting

We started Karani Infotech here in New Gaytrinagar a while back. It’s a busy part of Karmanghat in Hyderabad. Most people know us as 247 Headhunting because we spend most of our time looking for folks to fill open roles at different companies. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and computers where we make our calls. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, but we just deal with it. It’s pretty hot in A.P. during the summer months, so the fans are always going. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just focus on the work right in front of us. If you walk down the street near our place, you'll see a lot of small shops and people moving about. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. It gets noisy with the traffic outside, especially in the afternoons. Sometimes we get lunch from the small stall at the corner. We try to keep things simple and just get the job done without making a big fuss about it. Hiring people is a lot of work and involves a lot of talking on the phone all day. It’s a bit of a grind, but it’s what we do. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help local businesses find the staff they need to keep their own doors open. That's pretty much the whole story of our little office here.
