Junior Recruitor

Junior Recruitor is located in the Janapriya Apartments, specifically the 9th Block, Flat 925. We are right in Mohan Nagar, which is part of the Kothapet and Dilsukhnagar area of Hyderabad. It’s a busy residential complex. There are always kids playing in the common areas and people moving in and out. We chose this spot because it was easy to get to. The office itself is basically a converted bedroom with three desks pushed together. We focus on finding jobs for people who are just starting out, which is why we picked the name. It’s hard to get that first break, so we spend a lot of time talking to fresh graduates. We aren't experts who know every single thing, but we know how to read a resume and talk to managers. The walls are a bit plain, and we could probably use a new rug, but it doesn't really matter for the work we do. We eat a lot of takeout from the stalls downstairs. Dilsukhnagar has great food if you know where to look. Some days are slow and we just wait for the phone to ring. Other days, we can't even stop for a minute. We don't have a big mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just try to help people get a foot in the door. It’s basic, helpful work for the neighborhood and beyond.
