We’ve been here in Hyderabad for a while now. Running Iq Labs India takes up most of our time. It is not always easy with the traffic and everything. Usually, we are just busy with the daily stuff. The office in Andhra Pradesh stays pretty quiet during the mornings, but then things pick up. We spend a lot of time on the computers and checking the details of what we do. There is always someone coming in or a phone ringing at the wrong time. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. It’s just how it goes here. Most of us have lived in the city for years, so we know the area well. Sometimes we go out for tea when the afternoon gets a bit slow. We are just a small group trying to get the work done right. It isn’t a fancy place, just a regular office where we sit and work through the list of things for the day. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out. That is just part of the job. We don’t have any big speeches to make about what we do. We just come in, do the testing or whatever is needed, and then go home to our families. It’s a decent way to spend the day, and we are glad to be part of the local community here. We stay focused on the tasks and try not to get too stressed about the deadlines or the humidity outside.
