If you have ever been to Sultan Bazar, you know how crowded it gets. Intercon International Pvt Ltd is right in the middle of that at 4-2-516, Badichowdi. The streets are narrow and always filled with shoppers and vendors. Finding our place for the first time is always a bit of a challenge for people. The building is old, like most things in this part of Hyderabad. We are surrounded by shops selling everything from clothes to electronics. The noise from the street never really stops, so we’ve learned to work with a constant background hum of horns and shouting. Our office is small and functional. We don't have much room for anything extra. Just the essentials. The power goes out sometimes because the grid in Sultan Bazar is pretty old, but we have a small generator to keep the computers running. It’s a very traditional business area. We don't have a website that we update every day or a social media manager. We just deal with our clients and handle our international business from this little corner. It’s dusty and loud outside, but inside we just focus on our tasks. It is a very honest way to work, right in the heart of the old city's trade hub. You get used to the chaos after a while. It’s just part of the daily routine here at 4-2-516. We’ve been here for years, and while the bazaar changes, our little spot stays mostly the same.
