We've been here in Secunderabad for a good while now. It's a busy spot. People usually find us when they need help with background checks or figuring things out. It started with just a couple of us in a small room. Now we have more desks and more phones ringing. We handle a lot of different things for folks who come in. Sometimes it’s quiet, other times we can’t keep up. The office isn't fancy, just some desks and old chairs. We don't spend much on decor because we’re busy working. It gets hot in the afternoons, so the fan is always on. We know the neighborhood well. Most people around here just call us when they're stuck. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just the name on the door. It's a regular workplace. We drink a lot of tea while we look through papers. If you walk past, you'll probably see us typing away. We try to get things done by the end of the day. It’s a lot of paperwork usually. Some days are long, but that’s just how it is. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. New shops come and go, but we’re still here doing our thing. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. We just do what we do and try not to make a fuss about it. The neighborhood has changed but we've stayed the same. It's a bit of a walk from the main road, but not too bad.
