Over in Malikarjuna Nagar, Malkajgiri, you’ll find us at Innate Hr Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We’re a small outfit focused on human resources. Basically, that means we spend a lot of time talking to people. We help businesses figure out their staffing and we talk to job seekers about what they’re looking for. It’s a lot of listening, really. Our office is a modest place. We don’t have fancy art on the walls or anything like that. Just some desks, some chairs, and a lot of folders. Malkajgiri is a nice area, feels very local and grounded. We like it here because it’s not as chaotic as the very center of the city. We don’t have any big mission statements or corporate manifestos. We just try to be helpful. Sometimes we can’t find a match for everyone, and that’s just the way it goes. We try to be honest with people about their chances. Recruiting can be a tough business, but we like the feeling when we finally get someone hired. It’s just a few of us working here, so we all do a bit of everything. From answering the phones to interviewing candidates, we stay busy. We’re just regular folks trying to make the hiring process a bit less of a headache for everyone involved in the neighborhood.
