Ibpil

This is mostly about the work I do as an HR Manager, carrying the background of an MBA and a PG Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. My daily life at Ibpil involves a lot of paperwork and talking to the staff about their needs or any issues they might be having. It’s a lot of responsibility to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. I’ve spent a lot of time studying for those qualifications, and now I’m just putting that knowledge to use every day in the office. It isn’t always exciting; there are many days spent looking at spreadsheets or updating files. I work on things like payroll and making sure everyone is following the company rules. The office environment is pretty standard for an industrial or corporate setting. I stay busy from morning until evening, often staying late if there’s a deadline or a hiring process going on. Managing people is never a straight line, as there’s always something new popping up that needs attention. I try to stay organized, but with so many different things to handle at once, my desk usually ends up covered in folders by the end of the week. It’s a steady job that requires a lot of patience. Being a manager in this field means you have to listen a lot more than you talk sometimes. It’s just how the days go here at work, focusing on the people and the systems.
