About Ibpil – HR Consultant in Hyderabad/ Secunderabad
This is mostly about the work I do as an HR Manager, carrying the background of an MBA and a PG Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. My daily life at Ibpil involves a lot of paperwork and talking to the staff about their needs or any issues they might be having. I try to stay organized, but with so many different things to handle at once, my desk usually ends up covered in folders by the end of the week. It’s a steady job that requires a lot of patience. Being a manager in this field means you have to listen a lot more than you talk sometimes. It’s just how the days go here at work, focusing on the people and the systems.
