We set up Hrcapitol Recruitment Solutions at Plot No: 22 in Vasavi Colony. It’s right on Road No: 02 in Kothapet. It's a decent area of Hyderabad, not too loud but busy enough. We work on finding people for different companies. It involves a lot of sitting and typing. Our office is a simple setup. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a printer that occasionally acts up. We don't have a big corporate logo on the wall or anything like that. It’s just us working through lists of names and job roles. Kothapet is a good spot because it’s connected well to the rest of the city. We see a lot of people coming in for interviews. Some are nervous, some are excited. We try to keep it relaxed here. We drink plenty of water and tea throughout the day. The sun hits the front windows in the morning, so we keep the blinds down. We aren't trying to be the biggest recruitment firm. We just want to do a decent job for the people who come to us. It’s a small operation, really. My brother helps out sometimes with the files. We know the local shops around here pretty well. It feels like a neighborhood business even though we work with companies further away. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the emails.
