Our office is actually a bit of a home-style setup, located at Flat 301, C/O Shyam Sunder, in the Tarnaka area of Secunderabad. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood for the most part, which is nice because we don't have to deal with the noise of the main city center. Working out of an apartment building gives us a different perspective on things. We know our neighbors, and we see the same people every day in the hallway or by the lift. Inside the flat, we’ve converted the main rooms into a workspace with some desks and a few computers. It’s a bit informal, and we often have the balcony door open to let in some fresh air, even if it brings in a bit of dust. We spend our time looking for people to fill various job roles, which means we are on the computer or the phone most of the day. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We take our time to do things right and don't worry too much about having the latest office gadgets. Sometimes we have a little snack break in the kitchen, and we just talk about regular things like the news or what we’re doing over the weekend. We don't have any big slogans or goals other than just doing our work properly. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because it keeps things simple and manageable for all of us. We are just trying to help people find work.
