We are over at Hill Colony in Hyderabad, right in Flat 21. G. Manoj is the one who handles things here at Hr Foot Prints Talent Solutions Pvt Ltd. If you know where the MGM Function Hall is, we are basically right next to it. It can get pretty noisy when there is a wedding or an event going on at the hall, but we just close the windows and keep working. The Panama Godowns are also right there, so there are always trucks and people moving things around the neighborhood. It is a very active part of the city. Inside the flat, it looks like a regular office with desks and some files piled up. We deal with talent solutions, which mostly means we spend our time talking to people and looking at resumes to find who fits where. Some days are slow and we just sit around the kitchen area talking, and other days the phones do not stop ringing. It is a small team here and we have been in this spot for a while now. Moving to Hill Colony was a good choice because it is easy for people to find once they see the function hall. We do not have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. You just come up to the flat and we are usually there working. It is a practical setup for the kind of recruitment work we do every day.
