Our office is over in Barathnagar, Hyderabad. We handle HR services, which means we spend a lot of time dealing with people’s careers and company payrolls. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we try not to take ourselves too seriously. The office is usually a bit messy with stacks of resumes and folders everywhere. We have a small team, and we’ve all been working together for quite some time now, so we know each other's habits. Barathnagar is a lively area, and there is always something going on outside. We don’t have any of those polished mission statements you see on big company websites. We just help companies find staff and help people find jobs. It’s simple, really. Sometimes the phone lines go down and we have to scramble to get things back on track, but we always manage. We aren't a massive agency; we are just a local business trying to do right by the people we work with. Most of our day is spent on the phone or responding to emails. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s necessary for keeping things moving. We like to keep things informal and easygoing in the office. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about something totally unrelated to work, but as soon as the phone rings, we are back to business. It’s a good balance for us, and it seems to work out well enough.
