Gratus Business Solutions

Our business is called Gratus Business Solutions and we operate out of Secunderabad. It’s a good city to be in, plenty of things happening all the time. We don’t have a massive office block; we just have a regular space where we get together and work. Secunderabad has a lot of history and we feel like we’re a small part of the local economy here. We handle various business solutions, mostly just fixing problems as they come up for our clients. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We don’t spend our time writing long reports about things like visions or missions. We just talk to people and see what they need. Some days are busier than others, especially when the phones don't stop ringing. We’ve got a mix of people in the office, some young and some who’ve been around the block a few times. It makes for a good balance. We aren't a big corporate entity with layers of management. If you have a question, you just ask whoever is sitting nearest. We like the direct approach. Secunderabad is our home and we plan on staying here. We just do our work, pay our bills, and try to be useful to the businesses that reach out to us. It’s not glamorous, but it’s honest work and we enjoy the challenge of it most days.
