Genuineit (Us Staffing)

Genuineit handles US staffing and we operate out of Ews I-78 in the Mch Colony, West side, over in Parsigutta. This is in the Musheerabad area of Hyderabad, pin code 20. It is not a flashy part of town, but it is where we have set up shop. The office is basically where we spend most of our nights because of the time difference with the US. It is a bit of an odd schedule, sleeping while everyone else is awake, but we have gotten used to the rhythm of it. We do not have a big corporate handbook or a bunch of slogans on the walls. We just have phones and computers and a lot of patience. Finding people jobs is what we do, and it can be a bit of a grind sometimes. We do not try to make it sound like something it isn't. It is hard work and it takes a lot of time to get things right. The building itself is pretty plain, just a regular spot in Parsigutta. We know the local chai shops well since they stay open late for us. We are just a small crew doing our best to help people find work in another country. It is simple enough when you think about it, even if the paperwork gets complicated. We just show up, do the hours, and head home when the sun comes up. It’s just how it goes.
