Working out of BJ Hills in Hyderabad has its ups and downs. Fuzen Software Pvt Ltd is based here, and we have gotten used to the way this neighborhood feels. It has that typical Hyderabad energy, especially during the middle of the day when everyone is out. Our office is a practical space, mostly just computers and some whiteboards that we use until they are completely stained. We are not one of those big tech companies with a gym or a cafeteria. We just have our desks and a small area where we keep the water cooler and some snacks. The commute up the hills can be a bit much if you are driving, but once you are here, it is a decent place to spend the day. We usually have the fans going because it gets pretty warm in the afternoons. The team is small, and we do not really bother with formal stuff. We just show up, get our tasks sorted, and head home when we are done. Sometimes we stay late to finish a project, and the view of the city lights from this part of town is actually okay. The building itself is older, and the elevator is a bit slow, so most of us just take the stairs. It is a simple setup for a software group. No one is wearing a tie here. We just focus on the code and trying to keep the servers running without any hiccups.
