Flexi Works

Our little spot is at H.No.90/A in Indiranagar 1st Stage. If you know Hyderabad, you know this area can get pretty crowded during the day. We’ve been here for a bit now, just handling the day-to-day operations of the business. It’s a straightforward setup. We have a couple of rooms where we set up our desks and get to it. Flexi Works isn’t a massive corporation; it’s more of a place where a small group of us puts in the hours. The building is older but it serves the purpose well enough. We don’t have a receptionist or fancy lounge area. Usually, the door is just open or we’re busy on the phone. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break and sit outside for a minute. That’s just how it is in this part of town. We handle a lot of different tasks depending on what the week looks like. Every morning starts with a quick chat about what needs doing. We don’t have those long boring meetings you hear about in big companies. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn’t too bad. The street outside is usually lined with scooters and bikes. We have a small window that looks out onto the lane, and sometimes we just watch the world go by for a minute when we need a break from the screens. It’s not a place for big fancy lunches; we usually just bring a tiffin from home.
