Factum Inc

Factum Inc is located at 133-113 in the Afzal Gunj area of Hyderabad. If you know this part of the city, you know it’s one of the oldest and busiest places you can find. There is always a lot of dust and noise because of the markets nearby, but that’s just how it is. Our office is in an older building that doesn't have an elevator, so we get our exercise climbing the stairs every day. Inside, we have stacks of files and records everywhere. We deal with a lot of administrative work and business services. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows where everything is, even if it looks like a mess to an outsider. We have a few old fans that creak when they spin, but they do the job during the hot Hyderabad summers. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one on the door. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time, so they know where to find us. We aren't really interested in being some big corporate giant. We like being a small team where everyone knows everyone else. Sometimes we sit around after work and just talk about the day. It’s a simple way of living and working. We don't use fancy technology for everything; sometimes a pen and paper are just better for what we need. We just do our bit.
