Our office is on Road No: 12 in Banjara Hills. This part of Hyderabad is always moving and shaking. We are right in the middle of it all. It is not a huge place, just a functional space where we do our hiring work. People come in for interviews all day long. The parking around here is a nightmare, so we usually tell everyone to come by auto or just walk from the main bus stop. We have some plastic chairs for people to wait in, and a few desks for us to manage the resumes. It is mostly just phone calls and checking emails on our screens. The trees on Road 12 give some nice shade, but it still gets stuffy inside when the power goes out for a bit. We don't have any flashy signs or glass walls. It is just an ordinary door you walk through. We handle a lot of different roles for people looking for jobs in the city. It feels good when someone actually gets hired after coming through here. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that is usually the highlight of our afternoon. We aren't trying to be some big global agency. We are just a local team trying to match people with the right companies. The noise from the traffic is constant, but after a while, you don't even hear the horns anymore. We just keep going through the stacks of papers.
