Event Manager

We’re based out of Warasiguda in Secunderabad, at number 12-11-930. It’s a local neighborhood, not some high-end business district, which suits us just fine. Being event managers means we are rarely just sitting in the office anyway. Most of the time, the phones are ringing or we are out meeting people about their functions. The office is more like a home base where we keep our notes and plan out who needs to be where. It’s a bit of a lived-in space with folders and old event photos scattered around. Sec-Bad has its own vibe compared to the main city of Hyderabad, and we like being part of this community. When things get busy during the wedding season or local festivals, this small office feels like the center of the world. There’s always someone coming in to ask about a tent or some catering details. We try to keep things organized, but in this business, things change every hour. It’s a lot of lists and checking on suppliers. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to get things moved from point A to point B. It’s tiring work sometimes, especially when an event goes late into the night, but we’re used to the long hours. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and everyone around here knows where to find us when they have a celebration coming up.
