Over in Kuddus Nagar, Vijayawada, you’ll find Elite .P .Solutions at 18-11-25/1. It’s a corner of the city that feels lived-in and real. We’ve been operating out of this space for a bit now, and it’s become quite familiar to us all. The walls are a bit plain, and we have some old calendars hanging up that nobody bothered to take down last year. It’s mostly desks and chairs and the sound of keyboards clicking away all afternoon. Vijayawada gets really intense with the heat, so we’re thankful for the shade this building provides during the peak hours. We handle different kinds of solutions for people who come to us. It’s not a huge corporate floor with hundreds of people in suits. It’s just a small team of us who know each other’s names and exactly how we like our coffee. Sometimes the street noise from Kuddus Nagar gets a bit loud, especially during festival times, but we just turn up the music or close the door tighter to focus. We don't have any big slogans on the walls. We just focus on the work sitting in front of us. Lunch is usually a shared affair where everyone brings something from home. It’s a practical place. We don't try to look more important than we are. If you came by, you’d see us just working through our lists and making sure things are moving along as they should.
