Our office for Digvijaya Management Consultants is located in S.R. Nagar, Hyderabad. If you have ever been to S.R. Nagar, you know how many young people are always walking around looking for new opportunities and training. We are right in the middle of all that hustle. Our daily life is filled with looking at hundreds of resumes and talking to people who are hoping to find a better job for themselves. It is a lot of talking on the phone and a lot of listening to people's stories. The office we work in is pretty simple and basic, with some old files piled up in the corners and a few desks that have definitely seen better days. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make us look more important than we actually are. We just help with management consulting and recruitment as best as we can with the resources we have. S.R. Nagar is a very loud place with lots of traffic and horns honking all day long, so it is never really quiet inside our office. Sometimes we have a lot of people waiting in the small lobby and it gets a bit crowded and stuffy. We just try to treat everyone fairly and get through the mountain of work sitting on our desks. It’s a lot of mundane stuff like filling out forms and making follow-up calls. We aren't trying to change the entire world, just trying to help people get started.
