Customer Support Exicutive & Hr

I work out of a house in Rudrampur, Kothagudem, in the Khammam district. My name is K. Maheswari, and I handle customer support and some HR tasks from here. The address is actually my family home, where I live with my father, K. Haridas. It is a quiet residential area, far away from the big city noise of Hyderabad or Bangalore. I have a small desk set up in one of the rooms with my laptop and a phone that rings fairly often. Most of my day is spent answering queries and looking at recruitment files for people who need help finding work. Since it is a home-based setup, you might hear the normal sounds of a household in the background, like the kitchen noises or the neighbors talking outside. It is a very simple way of working, but it allows me to stay on top of my duties without a long commute. The weather here in Kothagudem can get extremely hot, so I usually have the fan on full blast while I am typing up reports. I don't have a team of people here, it is just me managing the tasks as they come in. People from the local area sometimes stop by if they have questions about job openings. It is an honest, small-scale operation where I just try to be helpful and keep the records straight for the people I work with.
