Customer Service Executive,Jet Airways

The office for the Customer Service Executive team at Jet Airways is located at 10-1-18/38, Shyamnagar, in the Masabtank area of Hyderabad. Being in Masabtank means we are right in the thick of things. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of traffic and people moving around constantly. Our office here is pretty functional. We have our desks, the phones are usually ringing, and there is always someone coming or going. Shyamnagar has a specific feel to it, a mix of old houses and newer commercial spots. We don’t have any of those big glass partitions or expensive art on the walls that you see in some of the more modern buildings. It’s a working office through and through. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief during the summer months in Hyderabad. Most of us have been here long enough that we don't even notice the noise from the street anymore. We spend our shifts managing whatever issues come up, keeping track of schedules, and making sure the admin side of things is handled. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s where we get things done. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of the workload. It’s just a group of people in a regular building in Masabtank doing their daily jobs and dealing with the typical office grind.
