Central Reserve Police Force(Crpf)

This place, Peace Cottage, is where we spend most of our time. Being part of the Central Reserve Police Force here in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar means our days are pretty structured, though things can change fast. It’s located near Keshogiri Post in Hyderabad. It isn’t exactly a cottage like the name suggests, but it’s our base. We deal with a lot of administrative stuff and keep an eye on things around the area. The heat in Hyderabad gets to everyone, but we’ve got some fans and plenty of water. Most of us have been stationed here for a while, so we know the local shops and the people living nearby. It’s not just about the uniform; it’s about being part of the neighborhood while we do our jobs. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks and we have to spend the whole afternoon sorting through files. It’s quiet usually, except for the sounds of the city outside our gates. We have our meals together and talk about home or whatever is on the news. People stop by the gate sometimes with questions or just to say hello. It feels like a small community inside a bigger one. We try to keep the grounds tidy, but with the dust and the wind, it’s a constant battle. It’s honest work and we just get on with it every morning. Nothing too complicated about how we run things here. We are just doing our part for the local area.
