You can find us at Maithri Nilayam, which is Plot No 26A&B in Mothi Nagar, Hyderabad. We are in Flat A3, care of S.C. Rami Reddy. It’s a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a typical office space. Careerconcepts International is basically a small team of us working out of these rooms. We spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to people about where they want to work. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, trying to match folks with the right roles. The flat is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing and someone typing. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee, and there’s usually a packet of biscuits open on the table. Mothi Nagar is a nice enough area, fairly quiet compared to the main city hubs. We don't have any big corporate signs outside, just a small nameplate. People usually find us through word of mouth or by calling the number on our cards. We don't try to act like we are a giant multinational; we are just a local group trying to help people find their next step. It gets busy during the hiring seasons, and the files can start to pile up on the floor, but we manage to keep it all moving. We just take things one day at a time and try to be helpful to everyone who calls.
