You can find us over on Dharmakaram Road, right there in the same building as the Nest Girls Hostel. It's a busy part of Ameerpet, as most people in Hyderabad know. We’ve been running things from this spot for a while. It’s not a huge corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a room where we sit down and talk to people about their jobs and what they want to do next. Anamika is usually around handling the paperwork while the rest of us try to stay on top of the messages coming in. The area is always full of students and people looking for opportunities, so there is a lot of energy outside. Sometimes it gets pretty noisy with the traffic on the main road, but we've gotten used to it. We don't have any fancy furniture or a coffee machine that does anything special. We just have a few desks and a lot of patience. People come in, ask questions, and we do our best to give them some honest answers. It’s a simple setup. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just looking at resumes on the screen. It’s hard work, but it feels okay at the end of the day. We are just regular people trying to help other regular people find their way in the world. No big promises, just real talk in a small office. That’s how we operate every single day.
