We are situated at Plot No 121 in New Balaji Colony, Tirupathi. The office is under Rrj Pvt Ltd, and the building is known as Sumalatha. It is a local spot in a fairly quiet part of town. Working in HR and Admin means there is always something to fix or someone to talk to. The office can get a bit hectic with people coming in to submit papers or ask questions. Tirupathi can get really hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans and AC are actually working. The colony is a nice place to be based. We aren't some massive company with hundreds of branches; we just focus on our work right here. My desk is usually covered in folders and notes. We do not have a professional interior designer, so the decorations are just things we have picked up over time. It feels more like a home office in some ways. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes it is a struggle when there is a lot going on. We do not use a lot of big words or fancy titles when we talk to each other. It is just a straightforward workplace where we try to be helpful. Being in New Balaji Colony is convenient for most of us. It is just a normal office where we do our best to keep the administration running without any big fuss or unnecessary complications.
