Our office is located at H.No:15-21-150/7 in New Balajinagar, which is part of the Kukatpally area here in Hyderabad. It’s a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office block. We handle various projects from this spot. Working out of Kukatpally is great because everything is nearby, though the traffic on the main road can be a bit of a nightmare during rush hour. We usually start our day early, checking on site schedules and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. The team here at Apr Projects (P) Ltd is small, and we’ve known each other for quite some time now. We don't have a big reception desk or fancy coffee machines, just a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of blueprints lying around. Sometimes the neighbors pop by just to say hello, which gives the place a nice community feel. Balajinagar is a quiet enough pocket if you duck away from the main hustle. We’ve been operating from this house for a while, and it suits our needs just fine. We don't spend much on advertising or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people knowing who we are in the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward way of doing business, no complicated stuff, just focusing on the projects we have on our hands today and tomorrow. There is always something to fix or a plan to update.
