Our office, Apex Logical Data Conversion Pvt Ltd, is over at Sai Krupa, C/42, in the Old Quarters of Khairtabad. It’s an older building, which gives it a bit of character compared to the new glass towers you see elsewhere in Hyderabad. We do a lot of data conversion here, which means we spend hours and hours looking at screens and moving information from one format to another. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of patience. The Old Quarters area is pretty established, so we have some good small shops nearby for snacks. Inside the office, the sound of keyboards clicking is the main thing you hear. We have a bunch of computers lined up and we try to keep the wires as tidy as we can, though it doesn't always stay that way. It’s not a fancy place with a cafeteria or a lounge. We usually just eat at our desks or head out for a bit to clear our heads. The lighting isn't the best, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. We've been here for a while and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We come in, check the data batches, and start converting. It’s straightforward work and we don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. We just focus on getting the digits and characters right before we head home for the day. That is the way we operate.
