Alchemy Financial Company

Alchemy Financial Company is based out of Razole in the East Godavari district. Praveen Tadi is the one who mainly looks after things here, and he is the son of Krishna Murthy, who many people in the area already know. We are situated in Chintala Palli, which is a lot quieter than the big cities like Hyderabad or Vizag. The air is fresher here with all the greenery around the village. We handle money matters and financial paperwork for the local folks and some businesses too. Our office is just a plain room with a few cupboards full of files and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. It’s not a fast-paced environment where everyone is rushing. We take our time to talk to whoever walks through the door. Sometimes we sit outside under the shade when it gets too stuffy indoors. Being in a place like Andhra Pradesh, we deal with a lot of heat, so we keep the windows open for the breeze. Most of the people who come to see us are neighbors or people from the next village over. We don't use any complicated systems, just regular ledgers and a couple of computers that sometimes run slow when the internet acts up. It is a very local operation and we prefer it that way. We know everyone’s name and their family history, which makes the work feel more like helping out friends than just doing business.
