Bangalore is huge, so Ajel Technologies is tucked away in one of its many corners. We don't have a specific street address listed, just the city, but we've been operating here for a good while. The office is a simple place where the coffee is usually too strong and the desks are a bit cluttered with notes and chargers. We spend our days looking at screens and talking about technical stuff that might sound boring to anyone else. Bangalore traffic is something we deal with every single day, so sometimes people come in a bit late and stay a bit later to make up for it. It's not a place with a polished lobby or a fountain in the front. It’s just a room full of people who know how to work together. We have some plants on the windowsills that we sometimes forget to water, but they seem to survive anyway. The lunch break is the best part of the day because we go to the small stalls nearby for some local food. We don't have big speeches about where the company is going, we just focus on the task right in front of us. It’s a busy city and we are just happy to have a steady place to work. Sometimes the internet slows down when it rains, but we just use that time to talk or tidy up our workspaces. It’s a normal office life.
