A+ Search Tech Ltd

We are located in Secunderabad, specifically in the Namalagundu area of Seethaphalmandi. Our office at 12-10-409/9 is where A+ Search Tech Ltd operates from. It is a busy part of town, so there is always some noise from the street coming through the windows. We focus on search and tech stuff, which mostly involves us staring at screens and trying to find the right people for specific roles. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we know how to do. The office is a bit crowded with desks and cables everywhere, but we are used to it. We do not have a big HR department or fancy lunchrooms. Most of us just bring lunch from home and eat at our desks while talking about cricket or the weather. We are not trying to be the biggest company in India or anything. We just want to do a good job for the people who hire us. Sometimes the computers are slow, and the printers jam, but we just fix it and keep going. It is a regular office with regular people who work hard. We have been in Sec Bad for a while now and we know the local market pretty well. We do not use a lot of big words or fancy talk, we just tell it like it is. If we can find someone a job, we do it. It is about connecting people to what they need without making it more difficult than it already is.
